My family and I had a challenging stay with several issues. The room was spacious, but the moldy smell was unbearable, and we found dirty carpets. Though the breakfast was standard, it certainly didn't compensate for our troubles. I wouldn't choose this place again.

I enjoyed my 4-night stay, especially the convenient location and the cozy queen room. The air conditioning took a while to cool down, but the clean beds made up for it. Don't miss trying the breakfast, just watch out for ants near the sugar!

I had a decent stay, really liked the comfortable bed and how quickly the shower heated up. Vina from the breakfast area was super friendly and made the experience better!

my stay at sleep inn was fantastic! the hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond. she even offered to remake my toast! also enjoyed the complimentary access to the relaxation app.

This place was an excellent fit for getting around Roanoke with great value for money. The King Suite we stayed in was well-updated and relaxing, with a nice kitchenette for some quick meals. Make sure to explore the nearby dining options!

The Sleep Inn Tanglewood featured a bright, welcoming lobby with comfortable seating, making it easy for me to relax upon arrival. The accessible layout made navigating the hotel effortlessly, ensuring a pleasant experience for seniors like myself.

An elevator would improve ease of movement.

My kids wished for a clean pool for some fun. Although the location was good, the room had a bit of a strange odor. A family-friendly pool would make this place much better.

The highlight of my stay was the polite and helpful front desk staff, making check-in smooth and welcoming. However, the housekeeping was inconsistent. despite the pleasant overall experience, the room’s high-touch areas were dusty and not thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, on the second night, the DND sign was ignored by housekeeping, which disrupted our privacy. The breakfast included smoked salmon bagels, a favorite that added a nice touch to the mornings.
